Brand new long term care facility seeks a Nurse Practitioner/NP in the 
Watertown New York area! (60 miles north of Syracuse, Watertown area) 
Loan repayment, great salary, benefits and time off!

Compensation:
* $93-123,000/year in salary. Plus annual salary increases
* 6 weeks PTO in year 1, plus 1 week CME’s and 2 weeks extended sick days.
* Excellent medical coverage. 6% 401k match.
* Student loan repayment!

About:
* Mon-fri, 40 hours a week- 8a-5p- flexible. No weekends, no call
* Long term care facility has 4 floors - team setting of LPNs, RNs and 
Dir of Nursing. MD available by phone always
* seeing/rounding on about 15-20 patients per day – routine 
preventative/primary care, wound care, UTI, dehydration, fever, etc
* APRN (Advanced Practice RN)/ MSN /NP-BC, Adult, Family or 
Geriatric/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner will see ages 55 and up
* Ideal NP candidate has a hospital background or primary care 
background. A new grad must have strong med surg/hospital experience

* very organized and can handle lots of people and personalities
