Growing health system seeks a Physician Assistant / PA or Family Nurse 
Practitioner / NP to work in walk in/express care just outside Cleveland 
Ohio area on beautiful Lake Erie! Mentor/Edgewood, Ohio area!

Pay package:
* $90-121,000 year in salary.
* Sign on bonus
* Excellent PTO/vacation, retirement, and medical benefits, etc.

About:
* 3-12s per week – 9a-830p. 1 in 6 Saturdays. Group is flexible for the 
FNP or PA to do 5, 8 hour shifts per week or 4-10 hour shifts per week.
* EMR – EPIC. Express/walk in/urgent/minor care setting with emergency 
care/room services nearby
* MSN/ APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ARNP / FNP-BC, Family 
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA-C will be seeing all ages 
and will always have an MD on site for support
* FNP or PA will see low acuity: simple sprains, a minor cut, a sinus or 
ear infection, cough, colds, flu, etc…

* Not open to new grads
* OH licensed
