Growing Neuro/Neuro Surgery practice seeks an NP/ Nurse Practitioner or 
PA/Physician Assistant in the Watertown New York area!

Requirement:
* Operating Room /Surgery experience

Compensation:
* $100-120,000/year in salary
* 5-6 weeks PTO in year 1, plus 1 week CME’s and 2 weeks extended sick 
days.
* Excellent medical coverage. 5-6% 401k match.
* Student loan repayment option!

About:
* First assist – neuro surgery
* Hospital rounding – including ICU
* Write orders, progress notes, and perform admission history
* Provide general screening and medical care and examinations of 
patients for routine, acute and chronic neurosurgical conditions
* APRN (Advanced Practice RN)/ MSN / NP-BC, Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician Assistant/PA-C will work closely with 1 MD who will teach and 
mentor. This position is replacing a relocating PA.
