Rural and growing family practice/primary care group seeks 2 FNP/Family 
Nurse Practitioners or PA/Physician Assistants in the Dodge City Kansas 
area! Up to $135,000/year

Make a big impact in a rural small town community! This is a stable and 
growing medical group values each team member and is always there for 
each other!

Compensation:
* $80-110,000/year in salary – plus 25,000/year in ER coverage pay
* 5-6 weeks’ vacation plus sick time and 7 holidays and CMEs! Almost 2 
months off per year.
* Excellent medical benefits, retirement, etc…
* Student loan repayment!

About:
* Mon-fri, 40 hours a week – every 4th weekend ER/emergency room on call 
(plus 1 week night) for extra earnings
* Primary care/family practice sees all ages – could float to 1 outlying 
clinic – working alone at times – mostly working in a team
* APRN (Advanced Practice RN)/ MSN / FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner 
or Physician Assistant/PA-C Will build up to see 15-20 patients a day in 
primary care- some walk ins.
* Ideal candidate works hard/fast but is friendly and integrates well 
with the whole team and community. Ideal candidate has some NP or PA 
experience- not required. ER experience not required.
