Nurse Practitioner

Medication evaluations and prescribes medications, and coordinates with 
other Peak
Wellness Center staff in providing joint treatment for our clients. 
Minimum Requirements

Master’s Degree and/or graduate of a nurse practitioner program in 
nursing, which includes
supervised experience in providing mental health services with SPMI and 
substance abuse.
