HealthPoint community health center is currently seeking an experienced 
Nurse Practitioner to work in an innovative new partnership with Valley 
Cities Counseling and Consultative Services (a Specialty Mental Health 
Facility).

The medical clinic is embedded within the Valley Cities facility and 
involves working closely with the psychiatrists and mental health 
clinicians to help bridge the gap between mental and physical health.

The ideal candidate will have experience in full scope family medicine 
with a special interest and familiarity in meeting the medical needs of 
patients with mental health conditions.
