We have a great opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician (*Women's 
Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner*) to join our 
team at *Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Center*, a clinic of Yakima 
Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Yakima, Washington. The ideal candidate 
will be an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse 
Practitioner interested in women's health and working with pediatric 
patients.


We are a Patient-Centered Medical Home focused on providing high-quality 
and comprehensive care. Our team based approach to care means you are 
part of a care team - providers and support staff passionate about 
working in community health.


About the Opportunity:
