Calvin College is seeking a part time Nurse Practitioner to provide 
direct patient care with management of health concerns of patients at 
Calvin College Health Services and coordinates health care for these 
patients including but not limited to: assessment of medical and mental 
health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care, and 
implementation of treatment plan. Works together with the other nurse 
practitioners and the medical director to handle some administrative 
duties essential to the comprehensive health care of college students.

Schedule: 3 1/2 days per week for 4-6 hours during the academic year 
(August-May) and one day weekly during the summer months. (Schedule is 
flexible)
