In Home Primary Care, PLLC

A Nurse practitioner practice specializing in the care of home bound 
elders in Snohomish
County and No. King County is seeking an independent, experienced 
Geriatric NP to do home
visits. Established 2001. Recently moved to new office in Snohomish 
with computer networking
improvements. NP to work Mon-Friday, full time schedule. On call 1 
weekend per month.
Schedule does offer flexibility. Practice allows close follow-up with 
frail elders with multiple
chronic illness. Strong emphasis on palliative care, keeping patients 
stable and out of the ER.
"Medical Home" model similarities. Physician consultant on staff.

Fixed, guaranteed salary first 6 months then salary percentage of 
productivity. Benefit package
includes medical coverage and potential for profit sharing after 
first year successful employment.
