*Thriving healthcare group seeks a Nurse Practitioner (ANP, FNP or ACNP) 
to work in a
nursing home/long term care setting just off Lake Winnipesaukee in New 
Hampshire/
Meredith, NH area!*

*Compensation: *
* $100-110,000/year in salary ( $48-54/hr) to start in year 1
* Excellent paid time off, medical benefits (health, life, dental, 
vision, etc), CME’s, etc.
* Paid relocation, paid liability insurance with tail coverage

*About *
* Nurse Practitioner/ Family NP, Adult NP or Acute Care NP will provide 
patient services to
adults in a long term care/nursing home setting of 75 beds.
* 8-5pm Monday through Friday initially. Then potentially it could be 7 
on then 7 off from 7a to
7pm with no call.
* The Nursing Home is 20 TCU beds and 50 Long term care beds.
* Duties are to see patients with acute needs and help with discharges 
and follow ups
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP, Nurse 
Practitioner/ Family NP,
Adult NP or Acute Care NP will work in a nursing home/ TCU-Transitional 
Care Unit team of
NPs and MD’s
