*Outpatient VA/Veteran Affairs seeks an Adult or Family Psychiatric 
Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner / PMHNP/ or Psych Clinic Nurse Specialist/CNS along the St 
Lawrence River in
the Louisville, NY area!* (1.5 hours north of Watertown, NY and 1.5 
hours south of Montreal
Canada) 2 months off per year.

PMHNP will get to work with men and women who have generously served our 
country, be
able to build long term relationships with these vets and meet a big 
medical need in the
community!

*Compensation:*
* $110-128,000 annual salary, Plus Student Loan-Repayment (not through 
NHSC)
* 3x salary in life insurance after the 3rd year!
* Over 2 months in PTO/paid time off per year.
* 19% of your annual salary is contributed to a pension for you!

*Requirement:*
* Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certified or Psych CNS 
required.

*About:*
* Clinic hours open Mon-Friday 8-4p, 40 hrs a week, no call or weekends.
* PMHNP will do Medication management visits at 30 minutes each, psych 
evals are 1 hour.
* Family or Adult PMHNP/ Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / 
Psych certified
APRN /MSN / ARNP / Psych CNS (Clinic Nurse Specialist) will treat ages 
18 and up.
