*Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist
Full Time / Part Time / Per Diem*

JFK Medical offers an amazing opportunity to bring your expertise and

seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. The position’s practice is 
characterized by comprehensive health assessments and management of 
acute complex patients’ health problems. The Nurse Practitioner 
documents patient assessments, teaching, refers and communicates patient 
abnormalities to appropriate physicians, performs clinical procedures, 
serves as a resource for nursing and ancillary staffing regarding 
patient and disease management and facilitates practices in compliance 
with JCAHO requirements.

*Experience:*
Minimum of 5 years RN / Specialty experience. 2 years experience in the 
Nurse Practitioner role preferred.

*Education:*
Master’s Degree in Nursing required

*Licensure / Certification / Special Skills: *
Licensure by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as an Advanced Practice 
Nurse and Registered Nurse. Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner 
in Adult or Acute Care by ANCC or AANP. CPR: BLS for Healthcare 
Providers (AHA) or its equivalent required. ACLS/BCLS certification 
required.
